It has been proved by industrial operation that the wear resistance life of quenched steel is ten or even tens of times that of quenched steel.
2. Operating resistance is small: SHS ceramic composite pipe has smooth inner surface and never rusts, and does not exist like convex helix on the inner surface of seamless steel pipe. By testing the inner surface roughness and water resistance characteristics of relevant testing units, the inner surface smoothness is better than that of any metal pipe, and the clearance resistance coefficient is slightly lower than that of seamless pipe.Therefore, the pipe has the characteristics of low resistance and can reduce the operation cost.
3. Anti-corrosion and anti-scaling: Because the steel ceramic layer is neutral. Therefore, it has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, seawater
corrosion resistance and scale prevention.
4. Good properties: Because the corundum ceramics are single and stable crystal structure. Therefore, the composite pipe can operate normally for a long time in the temperature range.The linear expansion coefficient of the material is about 1/2 of that of the steel tube. The materialhas good thermal stability.
5. Low cost: Ceramic composite pipe is light in weight and suitable in price. It is lighter than the cast stone pipe with the same inner diameter, lighter than the wear-resistant alloy pipe, and has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Because of its long service life, the cost of support and suspension, handling, installation and operation is reduced. Compared with the engineering budget and practice of the relevant design institutes and construction units, the project cost of the pipe is equivalent to that of the cast stone, and the cost of the pipe is reduced by about 20% compared with that of the wear-resistant alloy pipe.
6. Easy installation and construction: Because of its light weight and good welding performance. Therefore, welding, flange, connection and other ways can be adopted, which makes construction and installation convenient and can reduce installation costs.
